Pacific Hawk Ventures is a founder-led commercial property developer based in Southern California. I started this company because I believe the best places are built by people who are genuinely invested in them, not by firms optimizing for the next deal.

My first project is at 40277 Big Bear Blvd in Big Bear Lake — a site I chose because the market is real, the opportunity fits the community, and I plan to be here for a long time.

This place matters to me personally. I show up, I stay involved, and I work alongside the people who know this mountain best. That's not a strategy — it's just how good work gets done.

  2. 02 Visioning & Concept Defining what the place needs to be — for the community, the market, and the long term.
  3. 03 Design Excellence Working with architects and local planners to design something worthy of the site.
  4. 04 Delivery & Activation Managing execution from permit to opening day, with partners who know the work.
  5. 05 Ongoing Management Staying involved after the doors open — because the best places are tended, not flipped.
